Application Fee:  K5-12th Grade
New students will be contacted for an interview prior to acceptance.
 
Open House Price:   $15.00 (on open house night only)
Application Fee:       $50.00
 
A student is not enrolled until the enrollment fee is paid.
Enrollment fees are nonrefundable.
 
Book Fee:
All books will be purchased before the start of school. Ranges vary by grade.
All book fees must be paid in full prior to October 1st or included in FACTS.
 
Supply Fees:
Preschool:              $50
Kindergarten:          $100
1st - 12th Grades:    $225
                                   This encompasses all previous fees that were charged separately before.
 
 
 
Tuition:
Preschool Only:                         $1,755
Preschool w/ Lunch & Daycare:  $3,900
Kindergarten (half-day):             $1,400
Grades 1-6:                                $2,550
Grades 7-12:                              $2,675
P.I.P. Fee (Parent Involvement Program) - Fees due in May
 
Each family must complete a minimum of 25 hours volunteering for the school or purchasing items from the "Tree of Need." ($5 = 1 hour)
 
All hours completed   =   $0.00
No hours completed   =   $125  (or $5 per hour not completed)
 
Families with multiple students:
2 children - 10% off total tuition
3 children - 20% off total tuition
4 children - 35% off total tuition
5 children - 45% off total tuition
 
*All church members of Westfair Baptist Church will receive a $50 discount per student on tuition charges.
 
*Tuition payments may be made annually with a 5% discount. All monthly payments will be done with FACTS Tuition Management program. Payments are automatically withdrawn from checking account or savings account. Will need to fill FACTS form out, attach a voided check, and turn into school office. THIS MUST BE DONE BEFORE JUNE 1ST TO START NEXT SCHOOL YEAR.
 
*Accounts that are 1 month past due may result in the student being dropped from class until the account is current.
 
*Prices are subject to change.
 
*NO STUDENT CAN START CLASSES UNTIL THE FEES FROM THE PREVIOUS SCHOOL YEAR ARE PAID IN FULL.
 
*At the end of the school year if accounts are not paid in full, student may not receive final report card until all fees are paid.
